Section 3: Sharing and transfer
Your information will only be shared with the following organisations:
ELC Archives Service, ELC Museum Service and ELC Local History Service. If we intend to do this we will make it clear at the point of deposit/loan and seek your consent.
Your personal information will not be transferred outside of the UK
Section 4: How long will we keep your personal information?
Information relating to objects or images deposited with us will be retained for the duration of the loan and for 1 (one) year after this loan in order to manage the loan and respond to enquiries/claims.
Information relating to objects or images retained as part of the display and local history collection will be retained for as long as the item is retained.

You have the right to be informed about how your information will be used.
You have the right to access your personal information. Normally this is done by placing a ‘Subject Access Request’. Please get in touch with the Data Protection Officer if you wish to place a Subject Access Request.
You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
